The Project
The Oak Clinic is a state-of-the-art specialized multiple sclerosis treatment facility. The 6,800 square foot clinic offers medical care, physical and occupational therapies, education, psychological treatment, and access to programs for individuals and their families. An occupational therapy wing houses a bedroom, kitchen and shower used to demonstrate and train patients how to care for themselves in the home environment. Welty provided all construction management services for this project.
