The Project
<p>Welty Building Company was selected as Construction Manager to renovate 8 floors in the Auburn Science and Engineering Center West Tower. This renovation is approximately 130,000 square feet. The project is in 3 phases:</p><p>Phase 1<br />Relocating the Biology Department to three levels of the existing parking deck.</p><p>Phase 2<br />Asbestos Abatement on five (5) floors and relocating Biology Department to the first floor.</p><p>Phase 3<br />Build out Engineering Department on floors two (2) through five (5).</p>
