The Project
<p>The new student affairs building, Simmons Hall, is 94,000 square feet and has 3 floors. Opened in time for the start of the fall 2004 semester, this new addition to campus is a place where students can register for classes, find employment, manage their financial affairs, and seek advice and counseling all in one building.</p><p>Large open office areas to accommodate many students are adjacent to a myriad of smaller offices for personal counseling and administration. To complete many of the collegiate responsibilities, a spacious customer service center resides on the first floor of the building. An indoor auditorium and an outdoor lawn area provides a meeting place for new student orientation and other events.</p>
