<p>As construction manager, Welty was responsible for the construction of approximately 60,000 square feet of finished office space located on the fifth floor of the Advanced Elastomer Systems Building in Downtown Akron. The firm’s new office provides innovative, state-of-the-art resources for information and communications technology and allows the firm to easily adapt to future technological advances.</p>
