The Project
<p>Coltène/Whaledent, an international designer and manufacturer of dental products, made the decision to combine operations from four separate facilities around the country. The new 185,000 square foot building houses the corporate headquarters, manufacturing facility and warehouse. Work on the headquarters began in June 2002. Welty successfully constructed the building in nine months from installing the foundations in July 2002 to owner occupancy in March 2003.</p>
